Of course, I liked it
I watched the original series “Dexter”, all seasons, I admit, I hate it, and more than once. I watched “New Blood” and found it normal. Like many other fans, I thought the Freudian finale was, well, lame.
No, I’m not revealing spoilers to say that
This prequel is much better so far, in my opinion. Maybe it’s familiar characters, I like that they’re all back and the show doesn’t fall far short of what we’ve come to expect in that regard. Right up to Deb’s swearing and Masuka’s signature laugh.
For me, the show gained momentum as it progressed
