Scenario

A powerful CEO puts her career and family on the line when she begins a whirlwind romance with her much younger intern. Jean Reno filmed scenes for the film, but they were cut entirely from the finished film. I gave myself time to think about this film, while also appreciating my precious time… if it were possible, I would not only demand a refund from the Zurich Film Festival, but also file a lawsuit for damages for the precious hours lost in vain. I must admit that I am not a fan of Nicole Kidman’s acting (of course, The Hours is still her one and only masterpiece in my opinion), so I was intrigued and curious to see the reasons why she was awarded the Volpi Cup for Best Actress at the recent Venice Film Festival. . I found “Babygirl” to be laughably boring, vulgarly funny, incredibly boring because it lacked the spark of sensuality due to its unconvincing performances and weak, predictable story.
